We begin processing your order immediately after payment. We ship within Poland.
You have two convenient delivery options to choose from:
• Courier – directly to the address you provide,
• Parcel Locker – you can pick up at your convenience.
We usually need up to 2 business days to prepare your shipment. The total delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the carrier's availability.
If you order in the afternoon or on a weekend, we will process it the next business day.
During the busy pre-holiday period, processing times may be slightly longer, so please be patient – we make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible!
You can also easily track your shipment – as soon as it ships, we will send you a notification with a tracking number so you know where your package is.
If you would like to ship to other European Union countries, the terms are negotiated individually. Shipping costs depend on the country and the weight of the package.
