RETURNS In our store, you don't have to worry if a product doesn't meet your expectations—you can return it easily and without giving a reason.
As a consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur (pursuant to Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving your order.
Here are some important details worth knowing:
• Withdrawal period:
You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline, simply send us a declaration of withdrawal within this time—you don't need to provide a reason.
• How to report a withdrawal:
Send a message to biuro@heytoys.pl with your declaration of withdrawal. You can use the template declaration (available in our terms and conditions), but it is not mandatory. We will confirm your withdrawal by email as soon as we receive your notification.
• Returning the product:
After submitting your declaration, you have another 14 days to return the product. Our returns address is: HeyToys PSA, Sokalska 2 Street, 54-614 Wrocław. Customers, remember that the cost of returning the package is your responsibility.
• Returned Product Condition:
We expect the product to be in new condition or unused beyond what is necessary to check its features and operation. Please note that if the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, you are responsible for any diminished value.
• Refund:
We will process your refund immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving your request. The refund amount will include the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest shipping method available in our store. We will refund you using the same method you paid for it, unless we mutually agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
